The owner departed unexpectedly in late February 2026 and is no longer accepting mail.

Originally reserved for the Supreme Leader himself. California king bed with silk linens. Ornate ceiling fresco. A framed portrait above the headboard that previous guests describe as "intense but motivating." We've tried to remove it. It's bolted.
The Underground Wellness Retreat
What was once a secure bunker has been thoughtfully reimagined as a subterranean spa and meditation space. Stone walls, ambient lighting, remarkably good ventilation for something 40 feet underground. Some cosmetic repairs in progress. Very peaceful. Very quiet. Almost too quiet.
The Rooftop Observatory
Panoramic 360-degree views of Tehran's skyline. Stunning at sunset. An excellent vantage point for stargazing, birdwatching, or monitoring air traffic. Telescope provided. What you observe is your own business.
The Walk-In Wardrobe
